PTC files most major insurances including;

• Cigna
• Piedmont Community Health Plan
• Southern Health
• Tricare
• Medicare
• ETC… (We’ll get you a full list.)

If we do not participate with your particular insurance we will assist you by filling your claim if you provide the necessary information, but we will ask for full payment at the time
of service.

We are periodically reviewing participation with additional
insurers and will list them as
we join
